Dr. Alejandro Mohar Betancourt is a surgeon at the Instituto Nacional de Cancerología, Formación Académica. He studied at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), Instituto Nacional de Cancerología, Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición, and Harvard U. School of Public Health.
